In XXXX of XXXX I filed a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy and in XXXX of XXXX I had to file a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy due to being left with debt from a bad relationship. I contacted each of the credit bureaus and asked them to remove these 2 negative items early off my credit report since both are almost at the maximum amount of time that it can remain on my credit report. I also asked all 3 credit bureaus to remove all the late payments that related to me having to file the XXXX XXXX bankruptcy since all of them are approaching the 7 year mark. Im asking for their removal because all are scheduled to be removed throughout this current year and I would like my full credit back and I have paid the price for these mistakes for long enough. I would like to buy a house this year and these marks will cause me to pay more interest than necessary. Im also still getting declined for unsecured credit cards because of all these negative marks. I feel that my credit history over the last few years has shown that I have overcome my previous issues and its unnecessary to keep punishing me for things that happened so long ago. I dont feel that its fair to continue to punish me and hold part of my credit hostage for such old items.
