In XXXX of 2020 One Main FinanciaXXXX added a late payment on my credit report even though they were made aware more than once that I was out of work due to XXXX XXXX. I work in the transportation and hospitality industry which was adversely impacted by the pandemic. When I recently contacted them they acted like they could care less and stated that they wont remove the item even though they know how hard 2020 was for everyone.
