I am a victim of identity theft and the information that is reporting on my credit profile DOES NOT relate to any transactions that I have made. You have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in your operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit reports you publish. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA- you are obligated to promptly DELETE all information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or which can not be verified.
