When Covid-19 came they didnt have any help with making my account to stay in good standards it was very hard maintaining bills and they didnt do anything to help with my payments customer service was very rude and barely wanted to assist me with my debit ask to speak to managers and no one in management wouldnt help as well this is something I could afford I didnt have a job once XXXX hit I had been XXXX and literally no one would me at all I need this account dispute off due to no help or communication skills as a agency
