I HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITH EXPERIAN WITH THIS ISSUE SINCE XXXX AND ONLY THING LEFT FOR ME TO DO TODAY AFTER FILING THIS COMPLAINT IS TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY IN A SMALL CLAIMS COURT. The issue at hand is in regards to a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account which is being reported on my credit report. The XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account number is XXXX. This company first sent me a credit report stating that this account went into a charged off status in XX/XX/XXXX. We disputed this with the credit bureau telling them that this is not accurate as we been disputing this account since XX/XX/XXXX. Rather than investigating the matter they then changed the charged off date to XX/XX/XXXX. We disputed this with the credit bureau stating that we had no account that went into a charged off status in XX/XX/XXXX. This company held fast and said that the item was been reported accurately on my credit report and would not remove it or investigate it further and that the item was been reported accurately on my credit report. We then filed another dispute stating how can they say that the item is been reported accurately when the same item is been reported differently on XXXX and XXXX credit report. Experian then change my credit report to say that the account went into a charged off status in XX/XX/XXXX and once again this is false. There is also incorrect payment data and missing payment. On the credit report it states that the account is paid in full and that last payment was received on XX/XX/XXXX but yet on the same credit report it is stating that the account went into a charged off status in XX/XX/XXXX. Experian got a request for there method of verification on XX/XX/XXXX and to this day they have not provided me with such document and this is a clear breach of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. So, kindly delete XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX from my credit report for the following reasons. Delete XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX from my credit report as its old and obsolete. This account has been on my credit report for more than seven years Delete XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report as there is missing and incorrect payment information on my credit report. Delete XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report as there is missing payment and account information and this makes the account incomplete. Delete XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report as I requested from Experian there method of verification as it pertains to this account since XXXX XXXX and 7 months have passed and they have not given me that document and this is a clear breach of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Delete XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report as the other two credit bureaus have done so already. Delete XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report as I had no account with XXXX XXXX XXXX that went into a charged of status in XXXX of XXXX. ( incorrect payment and account information )
