Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX, I am extremely upset with this entire process of disputing incorrect items on my credit report and the bureaus failure to follow the laws according to my rights in the FCRA. I mailed out letters to all 3 bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX, disputing some medical bills that are incorrect on my credit report. I called the originally creditor to ask about these items and they informed me that they no longer have me in their system of owing this bill. They informed me that other company now owns the debt, however, I have never had an account with this debt collector. Shortly, after on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX stating that no actions will be taken cause they believed a third party sent the letter. But, I sent the letter and I experience stall tactics from the bureaus in the past where they will continue to defer action so that you lose hope. I have attached a copy of their stall letter as well as the dispute letters I sent to all 3 bureaus. The real issue came when I received a bill from a debt collector that doesnt match the company, the amount or the service debt on my credit report. The name of the creditor matches, but not any other information. This has led me to believe that this account is false and the credit bureaus have no way of validating this in fact is my debt and who it should be paid to. Therefore, I demand that all these accounts be removed immediately. This is totally unacceptable and has effected my ability to advance my family 's living situation due to the tarnish it has placed on my credit report. I have attached the false collection notice for your review as well. Please help with this situation. XXXX XXXX
