I am a victim of identity theft .This collection agency is not only reporting fraudulent account but also aware that is account is fraudulent in deed. LENDING CLUB CORP XXXX LENDING CLUB CORP XXXX I sent my police report and my FTC affidavit that i received from the Federal Trade Commission. They keep verifying this fraudulent account and are claiming this fraudulent account is mine. I have never had any goods or services with them or them they are knowingly and willingly reporting this fraud. They are also aware that my banking account was comprised and it was close due to fraud. They have caused me great damage and embarrassment also with emotional distress.
