XXXX has not legally validated a debt to Experian or me, however after I sent a certified letter to Experian disputing the misinformation, Experian continues to keep XXXX XXXX as a negative reporting on my credit report and Experian placed further negative reporting on my report dated XX/XX/XXXX when the account closed in XX/XX/XXXX. I have provided copies to Experian such as : 1. Master Promissory note that was not signed by me 2. A letter from the loan servicer stating that the date they began servicing the loan does not coincide with the date on the Master Promissory 3. A student aid ward letter that states the loan that XXXX is reporting was not granted to me
