I have twice completed paper work for COVID relief assistance, wherein Wells Fargo had allowed me to miss payments as we struggled due to loss of income due to the pandemic. When we were able to resume payments, I completed paperwork for FHA second mortgage for the amount of the missed payments, only to find out over a month later when I called that XXXX did receive my paperwork, but I missed a mailing deadline. I then completed the paperwork again, for XXXX to add to my existing mortgage, and mailed in the paperwork. I called the company and they confirmed that they received the paperwork XX/XX/XXXX and no additional paperwork was needed. Inthen checked the XXXX site weekly to see when my payment status would be updated. In XXXX ( 3months later ) I received a letter from wells fargo stating I'd been removed from the relief program and my loan may be sold. Remember, they previously confirmed receipt in XXXX. They also sent a check for funds I had paid because it wasn't a complete payment. It's ridiculous that I have completed the required paperwork twice, confirmed with them that they recieved said paperwork, and now my credit is being ruined and I may lose my home.
