THIS ORGANIZATION DID NOT RECEIVE MY WRITTEN INSTRUCTION NOR PERMISSION TO REPORT ANY INFORMATION REGARDING LATE PAYMENTS AGAINST MY CONSUMER REPORT. REPORTING LATE PAYMENTS CONSTITUTES TRANSACTIONS AND EXPERIENCES THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE, AND ACCORDING TO 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE EXCLUDED FROM MY CONSUMER REPORT.
