This is my 5th attempt to get this matter resolved. I have filed 4 previous complaints against Experian Information Solutions through the CFPB & I'm constantly told I'm disputing on behalf of someone else or there is no valid account on file. I have no clue what in the world you're trying to accomplish by ignoring my request but it's just creating additional emotional & physical distress. Experian has failed to comply with Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I disputed information was reporting to my credit file held with Experian. These accounts were opened fraudulently. I informed them of the issue & provided them with the required documents to block/remove the accounts via FCRA Section 605b . They have failed to block the accounts, additionally they have failed to provide me with any legal contract to reflect I was the one who opened the accounts. I need the following accounts removed from my report ASAP.
