This company has been reporting to the credit bureaus twice a month every month and they have added almost {$6000.00} of interest on to an original amount. I first reached out to them back in XXXX of 2021 and ask them nicely to send proof of the debt and the original contracts, and then reach out to them again a second time a month later because I hadn't received the paperwork. I was told that they were working on it. Two separate times a month apart they have refused quietly to give me my information. XX/XX/XXXX I hired a lawyer to force them to give me the paperwork and they have yet to correspond to even that much, I have also disputed the debt the other credit bureaus and I have not received anything on that either. On my XXXX report they have removed the debt collection and then re-add it it a few days later. They were instructed not to continue to report by the lawyer and continue to do so. I asked them for the original contract and they told me that the original contract stated that they could continue to add interest every single month but would not give me an itemized deduction sheet as to where that came from. They also told me that they have the paperwork ready to sue me in court, and informed me that they would be ready to do so very soon.
