My name is XXXX XXXX and I am a consumer submitting this complaint myself. There's an account on my consumer report that is reporting delinquently and inaccurately. First of all, the account payment history is included when in fact the FCRA says that a consumer report must exclude the following : report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. In this case, AFFIRM INC is the furnishing the very thing that is excluded from the consumer report which is the transactions and experience between myself and the corporation, AFFIRM INC .
