On XX/XX/2022 I visited XXXX XXXX in XXXX Florida located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I arrived I had a pre-approval from XXXX XXXX for a car loan. The dealership and I discussed the purchase of a vehicle. Once an agreement was reached the dealership asked me to complete a credit application, " I did so ''. The dealership came back with a response from XXXX XXXX and I declined the offer. Once I left the dealership I discovered via email, the dealership had shared my information with 5 lenders and each of those lenders pulled credit reports. The reports obtained were without my consent or my knowledge. XXXX XXXX was the only credit report I authorized. As a result, I have taken several credit hits which will remain a negative mark for years, and I would like them removed. I believe these unauthorized credit inquiries were a violation of the FCRA. XXXX, XXXX, and Experian must remove these credit inquiries placed on my credit report on XX/XX/2022. I will take legal action using XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX if these 5 inquiries are not removed immidiately.
