On XX/XX/2019, I, the consumer 12 CFR 1026.2 ( 11 ) XXXX, XXXX, XXXX fill out a credit application 12 CFR 1026.2 ( 3 ) ( i ) for Capital One bank. I extended my consumer credit 12 CFR 1026.2 ( 12 ) to Capital One. In the credit application, I provided my credit card 12 CFR 1026.2 ( 15 ) ( i ) and was approved for the extension of credit. Capital one then submitted to the consumer a credit sale 12 CFR 1026.2 ( 16 ) which the consumer fill out to complete the process. Since the date of opening the account, the consumer receives billing cycle 12 CFR 1026.2 ( 4 ) every month with the amount due for what the consumer spends on the credit card. Capital One gives the consumer a minimum payment due and the account balance to make a payment to, either suggestion on the consumer 's behalf. The balance increase until the consumer pays the whole balance in full to zero out the balance. I, the consumer have been paying the full balance for XXXX years now which would be false and misleading on the behalf of Capital One. According to 12 CFR 1026.4 finance charge is the cost of credit as the dollar amount. Capital One has been fraudulently misleading the consumer for years making the consumer pay the full amount of balances on his credit card. The consumer has caused a trauma amount of XXXX, XXXX, and money for the false and misleading information. The consumer demands a full refund from all payments made after the finance charge paid over the XXXX years of the opening account.
