Consumer Narrative

XXXX XXXX has been repeatedly calling my spouse, even though the spouses name and information isnt attached to the account in question. I dont know how they got it and why they would be contacting someone thats not the account holder. They do not leave a message and have called him during work hours more than once. This is inappropriate and needs to stop. I have already been in contact with the company Viking is calling on behalf of for months now, with an arrangement to have money deducted from my account every month. The company did not inform me that they were calling a collection agency.
