I am filing this complaint because I have sent multiple rounds of letters to credit bureaus to reinvestigaste XXXX accounts that are reporting false information and it is costing me thousands of dollars a year. They are violating my rights and they have the nerve to not even respond to my letters! These inaccuracies are highly injurious to my credit rating. First account is open sky which is a closed account that was paid in full of {$100.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX balance of {$620.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX Balance of {$420.00} Open sky acct # XXXX Closed paid acct Furthermore, in accordance with the fair act credit reporting act, public law XXXX, Title VI, section XXXX, subsection A-D, please provide me the names and business addresses of each individual with whom you verified the above, so that I may follow up. IT IS ILLEGAL TO REPORT FALSE INFORMATION! They are all reporting different information all across the board! I have asked for the accounts to be deleted immediately and please forward me send me an updated credit report after you have completed your investigation and corrections!
