To whom it may concern, On XX/XX/2022, I received an Experian Alert, indicating that my credit balance for one of my accounts was decreased, but I was unable to login without providing my social security number. I'm also unable to reset my password. Please see attached. The alert relates to an issue whereby I was charged the wrong amount by a vendor ( where I am living ), on XX/XX/2022, which appears to have raised a fraud alert. The vendor may have reported the issue to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( affiliated of the XXXX ). Then the erroneous charge from the vendor on XX/XX/2022, went through on XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/2022, I reported fraudulent activity to credit card company ( XXXX ) for a charge on XX/XX/2022, from the same vendor where I am living. I also reached out to to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX directly, but they left early for the weekend and insisted on proceeding with unusual billing practices. I have also informed the XXXX Corporate Headquarters ( see case number XXXX ). Regards, XXXX
