I have called xx multiple times in regards to this vehicle on my consumer report. I XXXX XXXX, natural person and consumer has stated that myXXXX is paid for free and clear. Xx company continues to run my credit score into the ground because inaccurate information. XX credit union refuses to release my title although they do not have any verifiable documentation to prove they actually loan me money. This issue has caused a big hardship on my family because we can not get a home due this destroying my credit. Xx has no right to place this information on my consumer reports when I have informed them that it is inaccurate.
