My payment on my Capital One bank credit card will due every XXXX of the month, and I never have had a late payment. This month I was having a financial problem and I called Their customer representative ( XXXX ) to help me out to move my payment date on XX/XX/XXXX, instead of XX/XX/XXXX because my income finances will come on XX/XX/XXXX. I also asked to lower my minimum payment to a {$100.00}. They refused to help me because of they said company policy. They said it will happen but it will reflect after two months. I said I don't need their help that time because my due will be on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked for the manager and The customer representative passed it to their senior supervisor by the name XXXX # XXXX, I asked her to do it for me but she said she can not do anything about it because of their policy. I asked her someone who is more higher to do it but she said she is the highest phone person to talked to, so it means no one can help me but her. I asked her for her consideration because I was a good customer with them but she kept on saying it's their policy. I told her I will file a complaint but she just intimidated me and she said what I am going to complaint? for making a payment late she said. I called them for their help so I could prevent a charged fee and a bad credit history but it seems like their customer service is not real.
