I've contacted Sallie Mae multiple times over my loans no longer being deferred. While most loans have been reverted to in-school status with the bill-due removed to in-school status, one has not. I've contacted Sallie Mae multiple times through the phone and their chat service, attempting to resolve this issue as quickly as possible to continue making my in-school payments ( {$25.00} a month ). I've been working hard to increase my score over time and was disappointed to see my score affected by the lack of support from Sallie Mae on an issue that their system is having. I am told that their system shows that I was not in school, but that is inaccurate, as I was in school during the fall and summer quarters. I have made sure that my deferment status would not be affected and picked a graduate program with a start date that would not affect my loans. This is not the first time Sallie Mae has removed me from in-school deferment, and I had to call them before to fix this issue. I can't be {$400.00} past due when my in-school payments are {$25.00}. My overdue balance would take many months to reach {$400.00}. Sallie Mae has repeatedly told me to " wait 3-5 business days and call again, '' and I've been doing that constantly for months. They have no way of tracking a claim, or how to fo follow-up on an issue. They do not send emails about the progress of the claim either. I have been making payments for months without any problems, but I will not pay an out-of-school balance when I am still a student. Sallie Mae has all the necessary call and chat logs. I am ready to submit all the documentation needed to prove my case. I have submitted the statements showing that Sallie Mae had removed me from in-school deferment and then put me back to an in-school status but never removed the {$300.00} payment. I have also attached a screenshot of one of the many times I have been told to wait while my credit score gets affected. Thank You
