As of today, XX/XX/2022, the account balance is zero and has been paid in full as for the rest of my over 35 current active credit card accounts. However, Capital One purposely provided to XXXX and XXXX fraudulent payment history information earlier today on XX/XX/2022, which caused my perfect credit scores to drop about 80 points causing both financial and emotional harm and damages as a result of its illegal reporting to the national credit bureaus in violation of both FCBA and FCRA including the stipulations of 15 USC CHAPTER 41, SUBCHAPTER I, Part D : Credit Billing, 1666 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( B ) ( ii ) and 1666e. See attached Capital One bank statement. The reported errors to all credit bureaus and creditors must be IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED AND REMOVED!!
