An original letter was sent on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, and I have not received a response nor have these unauthorized inquiries been removed. Therefore I am sending a complaint to prevent this matter from being unresolved for any longer, as I have not received a written or electronic response in regard to these unauthorized inquiries. There was an FTC Report attached as well and all inquiries email on the account. On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a Demand 2 Comply in regard to not only the inquiries being ignored but the accounts that have been requested to be investigated as well. I have been completely disregarded by this entity.
