Currently I am in the process of going through insurance claim due to damages. Mortgage company is stating that i have to pay off complete amount due and other part of loan on fix amount, when its 13 year prior to being due. They have not sent me a new contract with them taking over the loan when they took it over and i called them wanting the new contract they sent me the old companies contract and said they followed it. They increased my mortgage and blamed it on my insurance company saying that what makes the amount go up or down. They stated that this doesn't come off with paying off early. This company files late charge before the month is due. Company 21st mortgage treats mortgages as debts not loans.
