on XX/XX/2022 i XXXX XXXX XXXX the consumer wrote a letter pursuant to 15 USC 1681i asking them to investigate some inaccuracies on my credit report. Equifax has failed to do a reasonable investigation and violated consumer law. by not proving me with the living person they spoke with who verified this information. the certified records to prove the information to be valid. There is a cease and desist communication order in place with the company i asked for the investigation on. so who verified this information. Equifax is now reporting inaccurate adverse information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( d ) ( 4 ). pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( b ) ( 2 ) they were given written instructions to remove 7 different accounts from my report. upon receiving my updated report these accounts are still a part of my credit report which is a direct violation of consumer law. this directly violates 15 USC 1692 ( j ) pursuant to 15 USC 1692a I XXXX XXXX XXXX is the creditor who extended credit because per 12 USC 24 banks cant lend credit. as well as pursuant to 18 USC 8 I owe no debt. these companies are violating my consumer rights to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1681b 2 these companies also have No permission to report ANYTHING using my information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 4
