I need someone that can help me, I am deeply upset about all these erroneous items that are reporting incorrectly on my credit report. These accounts are unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate, & FCRA violations, I demand to see verifiable proof ( an original consumer contract with signature on it ) If everything is not reporting 100 % accurately it must be removed. These inaccurate items on my report are causing me distress, I can not get a vehicle or apartment for me and my kids. It is my understanding that you will do an investigation immediately & you will send me a new credit report that reflects the updated changes. According to law, unverifiable inaccurate accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of the verifiable proof in 15 days after your investigation you must remove the account.
