Trans Union is incorrectly reporting an erroneous XXXX XXXX bankruptcy on my credit report. Trans Union has repeatedly denied my request for deletion online, by phone and written dispute countless times over the last 4 months. Transunion maintains the United States Bankruptcy Court of XXXX Tennessee has reported and verified information to them on this alleged bankruptcy, however, Ive contacted the court and they confirmed they DO NOT report any info regarding case filings to any credit reporting agency or third-party data furnisher. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX have all deleted the erroneous XXXX XXXX bankruptcy from my credit file due to my identity being compromised last year, while Trans Union has repeatedly refused.
