I am being profiled and discriminated against by all three credit bureaus, namely XXXX, XXXX and Equifax. I already have two open complaints about XXXX and XXXX bad reporting and violations of the FCRA. I received an email on XX/XX/XXXX from Equifax stating here are your results from your XX/XX/XXXX dispute. Coincidently the documents that I submitted in my complaint to CFB does reference a copy of my Equifax XX/XX/XXXX credit report. I used my Equifax XX/XX/XXXX credit report to validate incorrect reporting on behalf of XXXX and XXXX. Equifax changed closed accounts to open accounts. One closed account that is now open is called XXXX XXXX XXXX, which has been closed since XX/XX/XXXX ( see attachment ). The other closed account which is now open is called XXXX XXXX ( see attachment ). Also please make note of the attachments showing no collections on my credit report sinceXX/XX/XXXX. I made a dispute on XX/XX/XXXX about one account, which was the only collection that appeared on my credit in XX/XX/XXXX. This collection was called XXXX XXXX XXXX, which was removed from my credit report ( please see attachment ). Also see attachments of all dispute request. Also this XXXX made an inquiry on my credit in XX/XX/XXXX ( please see attachment ) This profiling and discrimination is causing undo harm to me and my reputation. I am also going to purse legally for such discrimination and violations of the FCRA on my credit.
