Ally Finacial is not reporting accurate information regarding the date of last payment made, they can not show any accurate paperwork verification they own this debt, I have requested proof regarding both of these matters with verifiable proof of ownership. This company does not own the debt/vehicle through XXXX and has never gotten pink slip or bill of sale, When I bring this to their attention they ignore my ( XXXX ) certified letters and send inaccurate templates with my info in the filled in areas.
