HELP!!!!! Community loan servicing was my servicer until XX/XX/XXXX. I was approved for LOAN MODIFICATION on XX/XX/XXXX. And agreement send out on that date. I have signed the loan modification docs on XX/XX/XXXX and got the fully executed modification docs on XX/XX/XXXX. BUT the new Specialized loan servicing company who is servicing the loan now didnt got the new terms. and Im going back and forth and getting nowhere.
