I took out a {$24000.00} loan. I was promised a lower rate if I directly paid off other debt. I used XXXX to pay off a loan with XXXX XXXX. It has now been 2 weeks and they claim the process is to mail a check to lending tree. This was not disclosed i was led to believe that it was ACH .4000 was dispensed to me on the 27th. the XXXX is still in limbo. I am paying interest on both loans as Upstart will do nothing for 15 business days ( 3 weeks ) lending tree is charging me interest and Upgrade is charging me interest and both loans are due in 2 weeks so I have to come with over {$1000.00} for both loans this month plus the extra interest on both loans. I would like at the very least to be reimbursed for the extra interest payments for the almost 19000 that is still sitting Upgrade 's accounts and in none of my accounts and I am paying for.
