Outgoing calls to AMEX XX/XX/2022 AMEX CSR recommend I wait XXXX weeks and my miles will be credited to my account. XX/XX/2022 AMEX CSR states I wasn't eligible for the sign-up offer. The previous CSR stated otherwise. Case file was opened. I have no closed accounts. I've never owned this particular credit card before. Nor have I ever received this particular bonus before.
