On XX/XX/XXXX, I refinanced with XXXX XXXX ( Residential Mortgage Lender ) .There have XXXX policies issued due to failures to pay that resulted in lapsed and eventual cancelled home owners insurance policies. At the time of my refinance with XXXX XXXX I had been insured with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. My policy was cancelled with XXXX because XXXX XXXX failed to pay it. This is the first policy cancellation. I called and spoke with an agent at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told there was nothing to be done because they had received the invoice late. I called my home owner insurance agent and began a new policy with XXXX insurance beginning in XXXX of XXXX. This policy was cancelled for non payment in XXXX of XXXX. This is the second policy cancellation. The same scenario occurred when I reached out to XXXX XXXX to try to resolve the problem. I was told the invoice was received late but when I spoke with XXXX and my insurance agent, both informed me that invoices were sent in XXXX, XXXX and a final cancellation notice in XX/XX/XXXX. I now have a new home owners insurance policy with XXXX insurance. This is my third home owners policy in XXXX years caused by non-payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Mortgage.
