This is an UPDATE with new information! Equifax has not addressed any of my issues. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( XXXX ) ( A ) EQUIFAX is supposed to REINVESTIGATE my dispute and verify accuracies and completeness. EQUIFAX has failed to do so. I requested PHYSICAL verification containing my ORIGINAL signature of the contract. Also I requested that it not be verified via XXXX. EQUIFAX simply sent me a credit report and stated my accounts were verified. Who did they verify them through? Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( XXXX ), EQUIFAX did not obtain such verification from my neighbors by conducting interviews, speaking with my friends and associates or anyone who may have knowledge of my information. Furthermore, in Pursuant of 15 USC 1692g ( b ), I requested that the original creditor be VERIFIED as mentioned earlier. EQUIFAX has failed to meet the requirements set forth by me, the consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
