On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Chime bank about an erroneous charge on my account in the amount of 300.00. Chime told me that the reversal was made but that it would take 4-5 business days for it to reflect on my account. On Monday XXXX my account was still negative with no reversal of the charges. Contacted them again and they have now claimed that the insurance company XXXX has not refunded the money even though I was told on XX/XX/XXXX that they had but I had to wait the 4-5 days for it to show. I am now on day 7 with no access to my account. Auto debits from other merchants are being bounced due to Chime not reversing the charges when they said they would.
