XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a complaint on XX/XX/XXXX ( # XXXX ) and a follow up on XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX for TransUnion dealing with a bankruptcy that is on my credit report and they did an interim reply on XX/XX/XXXX. Nothing since. I gave all the paperwork to show where they keep saying they are getting it from is untrue. I have given every company that I know they are going to try to lie and say they used. They told you all that I can contact them on XX/XX/XXXX and they have ignored me. It has been over 2 months since I put this claim in and they still ignoring me. This is something that they are not investigating and still coming back as its mine. This needs to be taken off now. I have been waiting since XX/XX/XXXX which is over 6 months so this needs to be taken off immediately. This is really preventing me from getting a home because it is weighing my credit score down. The other bureaus don't have anything like this. I know that the bureaus have not been taking care of the customers that they are serving per the news.
