My Coinbase account was hacked onXX/XX/XXXX and I can't get Coinbase to respond except for initial email in which they said {$12000.00} was stolen and they informed me to open a new account and they would transfer my assets whatever is left into the newly created Coinbase account which I did as told and I informed Coinbase and still no response. I can't accurately report the crime with the police or FBi until I get transaction amounts that were stolen!!!!! I currently have no idea what I have left and Coinbase has offered virtually no help whatsoever!!! Im absolutely devastated and the company doesn't care!!!
