TrueAccord sent mail I received on XX/XX/2022 regarding a fraudulent account in my name. XXXX XXXX XXXX said on XX/XX/2022 a few days earlier states that they own the debt, and TrueAccord hints at them owning the debt. Reference # XXXX, account # ending in XXXX. I want to know who actually owns the debt, and if TrueAccord owns the debt, I request a full validation. If not, I want them to cease all inquiries. TrueAccord stated that by XX/XX/2022 that this debt will go into collections. So who owns the debt? If XXXX XXXX XXXX owns this debt, I also need to know. I have been lied to and threatened so many times by this issue Im not sure. This debt has been sold and moved too many times to tell whos telling the truth. Both inquires are attached for reference.
