this to inform about a false derogatory mark on my credit history. The company receivable performance has added a derogatory mark saying that I owe {$720.00} to XXXX. However this is a false accusation, I do not owe anything to XXXX I paid this account in full in XX/XX/2016 and closed the account. Here is the further explanation below Receivable performance has never made an attempt to contact me either by phone, text, email, mail. Absolutely no communication at all. I closed my account with XXXX around early/mid 2016 after full payment was made. XXXX XXXX never communicated to me that a balance is due ( which I don't believe so ) despite having my email address, mailing address, and phone number. I went to T mobile stores multiple times during the week of XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, to find out what is due on my account and an explanation of the charges, they do not have anything. They couldnt show me any evidence that I owe them money Account was closed 6 years ago and what were they doing for the last 6 years? No attempt to communicate this, no proof that my account has a pending balance. I need an explanation for why/what I owe them money? Why have they not reached out to me since 6 years?
