US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ) Account Numbers : XXXX and XXXX Date opened : XX/XX/2014 These accounts dont belong to me. I never applied, received, benefited and/or profited off of these accounts. I have tried numerous of times to dispute these accounts and they keep saying it belongs to me but theyre not giving me any solid evidence that these accounts belong to me. I have disputed these accounts with US Department of Education and Equifax ( its only reporting on Equifax ) they both have said the account is mines but have yet to produce any solid evidence. The last reply I received from the US Department of Education the letter addressed me as. Ms. XXXX. I even sent the proof of the letter over to Equifax and never received a reply back from them. On top of that the US Department of Education have incorrect information thats reporting becaue they two different amounts thats owned. We all know the information has to be correct across the board. These accounts have been reporting for awhile on my credit and has been an negative impact.
