This is not a regular complaint, as Ive now filled a complaint with the federal trade commission and the XXXX XXXX XXXX as well. This is becoming extremely unacceptable and I demand these accounts be deleted immediately. Ive sent in multiple letters and even have tried calling an enormous amount of times to the credit reporting agencies. XXXX, XXXX, and Experian refuse to abide by the law and Im demanding something be done about this. It has been a very stressful process, their infringing on my right to privacy and has now cost me thousands of dollars. Ive never given any consumer reporting agency the right or ability to furnish ANY information of mine. Please have them delete these accounts as I will be forced to file for litigation due to the damages and stress caused.
