I have had an account with kohls charge card for about 7 years. I have always paid on time and never been late and have perfect credit! This company stated I made a late payment in XXXX, I have called this company several times to dispute this as well as XXXX, I have mailed XXXX letters and their customer service explained all my payments were received and even though I pay them in advance they were applied to the wrong statement months.
