Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been sending certified letters to Capital One. I have sent them a Good will letter asking for forgiveness on Late payment from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Be removed off my account and that they update it with the credit bureau because under the FCRA its no law that that requires them to report them. I was told first that they requirements was to have a hard ship. I explained my Financial hard ship at the time and they told me that it was not considered a hard ship. I also was told that per Capital one policy they dont remove anything prior to XX/XX/XXXX. I then looked up this policy and XXXX that Capital one does not have a such policy. I have also emailed the CEO XXXX XXXX and yet to get a response email. As a consumer I have been granted two credit increase with Capital one within the last year. Information is reporting inaccurate on Credit bureau. As a consumer Capital one is in violation of my rights as a consumer as well as XXXX and XXXX. Capital One need to also explain the letter that they send about There are no delinquencies reporting for the month ( s ) of XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX. When I have never sent them anything about these dates. Which makes me believe they are not fully reading my correspondence in regards to this complaint or certified letters I have mailed them.
