XX/XX/2021 Lobel financing. I was paying them payments and one point. They continue to do a charge off even when i was paying. I recently been working on my credit so i asked them if i can settle pay and delete. We settled for XXXX. They continue to post a balance of XXXX. Ive lost a lot of points since then. It looks like they have put that balance to 0 but how do i get the lost points back? Also, its still showing, not deleted.
