Good morning, I've having an extremely difficult time with XXXX XXXX bank still reporting late payments on my credit profile well over XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've tried to point this issue out to them that these late payments should've already been removed. I was informed that the late payments would fall off automatically and today when I checked my updated accurate credit report, it still shows the late payment that were supposed to had been removed off of my credit report. Their stagnation and unwillingness to report accurate information on my credit report is significantly impacting my credit score. I can not obtain new lines of credit because of this ongoing issue. Please assist in anyway possible. Thank you in advance
