I have submitted to successive disputes over the past 2 months requesting Transunion to update my credit report to reflect that an auto loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX be updated to show that account is settled and paid on full. On both disputes Transunion stated that their assessment of the account being open was correct. The account was closed on XXXX XXXXXXXX of 2021. Both XXXX and XXXX correctly reflect the account as settled and closed. I called the credit union [ ( XXXX ) XXXX ] to verify the account shows as closed and they have verified. Transunion refuses to contact the bank with my account information to verify after 2 months of submitting disputes to have my credit report updated. I have uploaded proof from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX showing the loan is paid in full.
