I have been receiving calls lately from a debt collection company named Fair Collections & Outsourcing ( FCO ) claiming I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX some money and said before they can continue, I have to provide them with my social security number and date of birth. I never gave them of course. I am shocked to receive a letter from FCO that I owe {$3500.00} and if I can pay 50 %, my account will be closed with them. That looks even more scary for me. This is sure scam because I never lived in XXXX Texas where they claim I rented an apartment and never paid. I have never lived in XXXX Texas before and they kept on requesting for my personal information.
