I purchased a service from a fraudulent company. Capital One finally issued a partial credit for misrepresented services that were never delivered. I received no receipts from XXXX XXXX, an affiliate of XXXX XXXX. I worked with Capital One for several months. Most of the time the representatives were in the XXXX. Initially, they claimed they did not receive the info and docs needed. Then after delivering said docs via fax and email several duplicated times, they then said too much time had passed to help me. These poorly trained 'out-sourced ' contractors seem to always have an alibi for not performing in my best interest. They did, however, credit my account for 2 of the 3 fraudulent transactions : merchant misrepresentation and delivering no useable results. Why not credit my account for all three fraudulent charges? Good question. To make matters worse they had the gaul to say, even at the supervisor 's level, to put the blame on XXXX XXXX, even furnishing me with their XXXX #. I have both employee name and ID #, as well as the supervisor 's. When I called XXXXXXXX XXXX I was informed by another person in the XXXX that Capital One 'does their own thing ' and XXXX XXXXXXXX has absolutely nothing to do with Capital One disputes. Hoping to finally get some help with the 3rd dispute, having been a loyal card holder for at least a decade, I now find myself searching for a more reliable XXXX XXXX or XXXX provider. Over the past several years I have never had such a long drawn-out hassle getting monies credited back to my account after falling for scams seen online. Please help me get my lousy {$35.00} back. Capital One used to be much more card holder friendly. You may refer to Capital One Case : XXXX. XXXX XXXX with account number ending in ... XXXX. I am so glad we consumers can still find help when others try to 'step out of line. ' Glad to see tax dollars go to good use. Thank you!
