In XXXX, 2019 I established an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because I was unable to pay the full amounts due on my credit cards. My payments to them started in XXXX, 2019. I have made payments to them as agreed. I have not missed a payment since my account was set up. I have monthly statements from XXXX XXXX XXXX showing dates, payment amounts, and reference numbers for each payment to every creditor. My credit reports from XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX XXXX indicate that I have been 30, 60, 90, and 120 days late on some payments. This information is extremely inaccurate! My creditors give me credit for payments they received in later months for the exact amount they received in the earlier months when my account originated with XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent copies of my statements to XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX XXXX. I have asked them to delete the inaccurate information from my records. I have not received a reply as yet. This inaccurate information has caused me to suffer extreme financial hardship. I have been denied the ability to refinance my mortgage. I have received very low credit limits and very high interest rates on my new credit cards because of these inaccuracies. Please instruct XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX XXXX to immediately delete the inaccurate information from my records! Thank you,
