On XX/XX/2022 I received a message from credit report my credit was down due to note posted by XXXX Credit card. I called the credit card spoke already with 3 people - XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I received the information I made an application in XXXX, company sent me a card, charged me an annual fee that I did not pay. I replied that : - I may have applied as we received several offers BUT- I never received a card from XXXX bank - They confirmed that XXXX Credit card neither received a notice confirming the card from me nor the card was activated - I never received any call from the card company to be careful before damaging my credit report - I want this debt and the account to be canceled and the notation in the credit bearoux to be removed. I am still waiting for some response form the card company. It been waiting for an hour on the phone. Thank you
